Return Window: Within 48 hours (Plus 5 business days for S/H) from the date received
Process:
- Contact the gallery for a Return Authorization
- Ship the item back in its original box
Inspection: Returns will be inspected immediately on receipt.
Refund:
- A refund of your purchase price will be made, less shipping & handling (both ways).
- Shipping Charges are not refundable.
- Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Exemption: Special orders and Sales Items are exempt from the return policy.

Damaged Merchandise

Claim Report: All claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.
Replacement/Refund: If item cannot be replaced, a full refund will be issued.

Availability & Internet Prices

Prices: Subject to in-stock availability.
Errors: We will refund the full incorrect amount if an item is incorrectly priced.

Tracking: Art Leaders Gallery will email you with a tracking number once the order has shipped.
Insurance: Included in all shipping.
Signature Required: All items are sent with a signature required.
PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Smalta Art Gallery is not responsible for additional fees incurred from purchase.

Receiving Your Order

Open Carefully: Please open carefully.
Inspection: Inspect art carefully as to its contents and condition.
Packing Materials: Please do not throw away any of the packing materials until you are completely satisfied with the artwork.
- In the event your package arrives damaged all packing materials must be retained until the problem has been resolved.
