We offer several services and will answer any fine art questions you have

General Questions

  • Do you buy artwork?
    • Answer: We are currently not buying new artworks.
  • Do you have gift items?
    • Answer: Yes, we have artwork and accessories that are perfect for weddings, housewarming, and special occasions. We also offer gift wrapping for smaller items.
  • Do you carry original artwork?
    • Answer: Yes, 90% of our artwork is original. We also offer a wide array of limited edition prints.
  • Do you have sculptures?
    • Answer: Yes, we have large sculptures, outdoor sculptures, wall sculptures, and several glass sculptures.
  • Does your gallery have famous artists?
    • Answer: Yes, we have a collection of Ukrainian known artists and handmade antique glass by Kralik and Loetz, sculptures by Emmanuel Velanis, and masterworks B. Kosarev.
  • Do you install artwork?
    • Answer: Yes, we install artwork purchased or framed in our gallery. We can also refer you to an installer if we cannot perform your request.
  • Do you come to people’s homes?
    • Answer: Yes, we offer an in-home design service to measure your space and suggest artworks. Learn more about our In-home Design services here.
  • Will you sell my artwork?
    • Answer: Yes, if you have a famous artwork with a fair market value of 5,000 EUR or more. We will look at your piece and see if there is something we can do to work with you.
  • Do your artists do commissioned artworks?
    • Answer: Yes, we work with 90% of our artists directly and can work with them to get you a custom commissioned artwork.

Custom Framing Questions

  • How much does it cost to frame?
    • Answer: The cost depends on many variables. We recommend that you bring your artwork to the gallery for a free consultation and quote.
  • How long does it take to frame?
    • Answer: In normal situations, a frame order takes between 3 to 10 days. More labor-intensive projects may take up to three weeks.
  • Do you frame museum-quality artwork?
    • Answer: Yes! Our framer has extensive knowledge and uses certified conservation and museum-quality materials to ensure your art is protected.
  • Do you deliver framed artwork?
    • Answer: If you live in the area, we can deliver and install your artwork for a fee depending on the size and difficulty of the installation.

Shipping Questions

  • Do you ship artwork internationally?
    • Answer: Yes, we ship internationally through FedEx International and UPS International. We will get a shipping quote for your address and pack the artwork properly for safety.
  • How much to ship out of state and internationally?
    • Answer: Packing and shipping costs will be determined by USP, USPS, FedEx, and FedEx International. We will ship to you in the most economical way possible.
  • Do you ship glass?
    • Answer: We do ship glass in the United States and Internationally. However, depending on the type and size of the glass, we may not be able to ship it internationally. Please contact us for shipping quotes on glass artwork.
  • Will you ship my artwork to my new home or to my second home?
    • Answer: We will not ship personal artworks due to liability and responsibility.
